Botanical Cuisine is a simplified approach to life and food that is focused on all things artistic and heirloom, where organic, seasonal produce is enough to please the eyes and the palate. Botanical Way Course Intensive

The Botanical Way Course Intensive gives you the opportunity to learn directly from Botanical Chef Omid Jaffari. Students attend for 3 days, 6 hours a day include in-depth examination of the daily topic, food preparation demonstrations, practical experience, plenty of food and drinks and extensive notes and personalised instruction from Botanical Chef Omid.

This is the premier and most comprehensive education on transitioning from cooked vegan food, raw vegan food to Botanical Cuisine!

The Botanical Way Course Intensive consists of 3 levels:

DAY ONE

Level 1 Cooked Vegan – 3 × 2 hour classes over 1 day – covering:

  • Class 1 Transition to Wellbeing: Introduction to the principles of creative gourmet cooked vegan cuisine
  • Class 2 Gluten-free Vegan Confectionary Workshop: Vital dessert creations
  • Class 3 Breakfast 101 with everything you need to know about creating a healthy vegan breakfast

3 classes in one day – Total6 hours

DAY TWO

Level 2 Raw Vegan – 3 × 2 hour classes over 1 day – covering:

  • Class 4 Raw 101: Principles & recipes of plant-based cuisine
  • Class 5 Raw Desserts 101: Foundations of living food dessert
  • Class 6 Dehydrating Class: Different recipes made to perfection in the dehydrator

3 classes in one day – Total 6 hours

DAY THREE

Level 3 Botanical Cuisine – 3 × 2 hour classes over 1 day – covering:

  • Class 7 Botanical Cuisine 101: Introduction to the principles of Botanical Cuisine
  • Class 8 Advanced Botanical Cuisine: Elements of Botanical Cuisine
  • Class 9 Botanical Confectionary 101: The art of Botanical Desserts

3 classes in one day – Total 6 hours
