Botanical Way Course
The Botanical Way Course gives you the opportunity to learn directly from Botanical Chef Omid Jaffari, in his Melbourne Botanical kitchen 130 Macpherson Street, North Carlton
VIC 3054 (Map and Directions). Students attend evening classes every week, which include in-depth examination of the weekly topic, food preparation demonstrations, practical experience, plenty of food and drinks and extensive notes and personalised instruction from Botanical Chef Omid.
