We are thrilled to announce that the Botanical Cuisine Tour dates have been confirmed – although some venues are still to be locked in, we are all systems go!

The dates for the 2010 Spring Botanical Cuisine Tour are:

Melbourne ~
Wednesday, October 20th – Kate’s seminar “Extraordinary You” – find your passion with the power of pure foods!

Saturday, October 23rd – Omid’s “Botanical Dining Experience” - a meal like none other with the class and degustation dinner.

Sunday, October 24th – This is confectionary, but not as you know it – “Botanical Confectionary” that’ll have your taste buds singing!

Adelaide ~
Wednesday, October 27th – “Extraordinary You” Seminar
Saturday, October 30th – “Botanical Dining Experience” class and dinner
Sunday, October 31st – “Botanical Confectionary” class, and what timing for confectionary with it being Halloween… our sweets are better, guaranteed

From Adelaide, we’ll be whisking away to the quiet vinyards and olive groves of Margaret River, WA ~ which happens to be Kate’s home turf and the new Living Raw Magazine HQ.

Saturday, November 6th – “Botanical Dining Experience” class and dinner
Sunday, November 7th – “Botanical Confectionary” class

The tour finishes with a bang delighting the people in Perth!

For those of you lucky to live in New South Wales and Queensland – don’t despair! Early 2011 we’ll be bringing the Summer Alfresco tour to Sydney, Byron Bay / Gold Coast, Brisbane and you might event tempt us to head further north
